ALL Attendees and Presenters are required to register.
Your BADGE will be required to enter all scientific sessions, events, and meals.
Hotel Reservation Discount*:
You will receive a $100 discount off General and Student Registration Fee if your hotel room is reserved through the Congress housing bureau at the time of registration.
Upon completion of the registration process, you will be offered a link to secure housing. Please note that these are separate procedures.
*(This deduction reflects the food and housing benefits accrued to the Congress through our housing contracts.)

Student – Must provide a signed letter from supervisor on institution letterhead verifying full-time student status.
Guest – Includes admittance to Opening Reception and lunch each day. Does not allow admittance into scientific sessions.
ONSITE Registration and Housing by Mail or Fax
If you prefer; download and submit the Mail-in Rregistration and Housing reservation. It is formatted as a writable .pdf so that you can open it on your computer, type in the information and then print it (using the "Print" box in the upper right). Then, mail it to the address on the form.

Single Day Rates
Single Day rates will be available onsite only:
General - $325.00 USD
Student - $225.00 USD (Must provide a signed letter from supervisor on institution letterhead verifying full-time student status.)
Registration Cancellation
Fax cancellation request to (001) 301.694.5124 by 02 March 2011. Cancellation processing fee is $100 US to cover the processing costs associated with making a refund. The remainder of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after 02 March 2011. Cancellations made less than 30 calendar days prior and no-shows to the Congress will forfeit the entire registration fee.
